VolCorp’s skilled strategic planning facilitators begin the process by coordinating directly with you to custom design a questionnaire for your management team and Board. VolCorp will compile the results of your questionnaires, and then incorporate the results into a custom designed presentation to provide focus and direction as you set goals for the upcoming year. VolCorp’s planning sessions provide current market data and demographics to help you identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Incorporating current trends and peer group comparisons, VolCorp will assist your management team and Board as they discuss the current issues facing your credit union and set goals. Upon conclusion of your planning session, VolCorp will prepare and submit a detailed business plan documenting the results of your planning session.
